Access to washer fluid reservoir 700 1990

Well, it finally happened. I got tired of looking at the Washer Fluid warning light. The reservoir/pump/hose or something leaks almost completely dry. I'd appreciate any hints on how to get at it. Looks like I have to remove the the air cleaner housing but hopefully not the right fender. Any info would help. (FYI, my next move would have been black tape over the warning light.) Thanks.
