D-jet fuel advance question [ALL][OLD]

Hello,

A while ago I installed an air fuel meter in the 122 to see what is really going on when I make adjustments to the fuel injection or anything else. Once I finally stopped watching the flashing lights and started watching the road, I noticed some curious behavior. When accelerating, the car gets quite lean. Starts out at stoich., then gets lean. If I let off the gas and step on it again, same thing. Stoich initially, then lean. No other problems, such as at high RPMs or at idle.

Recalling something I read, I replaced the TPS, thinking it was not properly signalling the ECU when accelerating. I still have the same condition. What else affects the enrichening of the mixture under acceleration?

Thanks,
