Code 113 after heater hose replacement 200

Last Saturday I did a heater hose replacement on my 240 with 196k miles. Now the Check Engine light is on, and the computer is giving me a code 113, which, according to the hays manual, is for a fault in the fuel injectors. I did remove the intake manifold to perform this repair, and there is a good possibility that I hooked the fuel injectors up incorrectly (The little tags I put on the wires for #2 and #3 came off...) My question is would my car even run if I hooked up the fuel injectors wrong(It has been running poorly since the repair, a little sluggish getting going) Is there any danger in hooking them up the other way to see if it fixes things. Some advice, as always, would be greatly appriciated.
