Is there such thing as tune-up for the transmission? 200 1991

My 1991 240SE has 125K miles on it and still runs fine. I just replace the transmission fluid and notice that it it oily. A small tower (with a rubber top) standing on left of the transmission near rear end has the rubber top broken and is leaking fluid (not a whole lot).

I just wonder if there are things to do to keep the transmission healthy in addition to fluid and filter changing.
