Vaccum Leaks 200 1989

I know that I have vaccum leaks because my air conditioning cycles on and off all the time. Where do I check for vaccum leaks? Do I have to get into the dash to look at some of the tubes? And if i find a leak, can it be sealed with electrical tape?
