My 88 244just had the blower motor replaced and we also filled the freon, adding 1/2 lb. We got the air to blow 64 degrees. Is this the cold limit?

Also, with the horizontal knob on blue, (left all the way) and the circular knob on red, it seems to be coldest, why?
