Oil from the oil cap on 740 wagon 700

I have replaced my spark plug wires, and shortly after they have become lightly covered with oil. Same with the valve cover, I'll clean it, then it will again become lightly covered with oil. Does this mean I need a new oil cap? Or can I replace the gasket inside the cap?
