What to pay for a '93 Classic 244 - #428 200 1993

Hi guys and gals,

I just looked at a '93 244 "Classic" #428 of 1600. It's teal with tan cloth interior, alloys, straight body, no sunroof, auto, w/ 182K miles. What's a good price to offer? It's at a local independent Volvo shop and will probably come with a 6 to 12 month warranty. Plus it's a one owner and all the maintenance has been done at this shop ... so I will have all records. Any thoughts?
