DTC 512 - oxygen sensor? 900 1995

My 1995 965 repeatedly comes up with diagnostic trouble code 512. It has failed to start twice over the past year, but otherwise it runs pretty well. maybe tending to dip to low rpms when at idle. I've had the oxygen sensor replaced. Any other ideas?
