front end problems? 200 1992

My front suspension seems "wobbly"! At highway speeds the car occasionally seems to want to go sideways, and yesterday driving in heavy rain (on the highway) the front end actually felt like it was skidding sideways sometimes. At parking lot speeds, especially when backing up with the wheel nearly at full CCW lock, the feel transmitted thru the steering wheel is as if the front right wheel is about to wobble off. Over the past few months the rear A-arm bushings, sway bar links and ball joints were replaced; struts are Boge Turbos with 25k on them. Strut braces and lower bars are installed, and the sway bar is an IPD unit. Rear bushings were all replaced this spring, so it's not a case of the rear axle steering the car. Front wheel bearings are snug enough, and there is but the tiniest amount of play (like maybe just a few thousandths) in the outer tie rod. Right after the A-arm bushings were replaced the car felt solid and great, but there seems to be gradual deterioration at work, almost as if the bushings have gone soft. I've tried to deflect the A-arm with a crowbar to check for looseness, but there doesn't seem to be any. Anyone have any suggestions for me?
