The ultimate vintage performance motor

Imagine a normally aspirated Volvo motor that produced nearly 130 ft.-lbs. of torque at just 1500rpm, with a peak of 180 ft.-lbs. at 5500rpm, and 220hp at 7000rpm.

That is the projected output of Phil Singher's so-called "Multi Purpose Performance Engine," which is said to be at home both on the street and at the track.
