Radiator Leak? 740 1989 700

Hi,

We bought a 740 2.0 Manual 5 speed just a few weeks ago and we've noticed that a patch of water appears under the car when it's left overnight.

Last week we filled up the radiator to the top with coolant and water, and checking the levels yesterday it was almost empty.

Does this mean our radiator is leaking?

Is it a case of needing a new radiator or could it be something else? And is there any problem if we just keep topping up the coolant every week?
