242 Turbo 200

I bought it Friday, brought it home, cleaned it, degreased it and I have a really really nice car for $1000. BUT..........to all the turbo owners out there, what is the secret to changing the oil, or more yet removing the filter and replacing it? What a job!
Also, I am turning about 2700rpm's at 60mph, is that normal? When I get up to about 65 I am turning about 3000rpm's.
And one more....the sunroof gear seems to be worn, went to a junkyard and got another one. It will pull the sunroof back but just barely pull it forward and then when the roof gets almost closed it won't pull anymore. Any help and/or suggestions are appreciated.
