Flush/change all fluids.....need recommendation. 200 1985

Hi,

I'm thinking of changing/flushing all my engine oil, transmission fluid, brake fluid, power steering fluid and the rear axle fluid. (What other fluid have I missed?)

What are the recommendation? Brand? Type? I'm thinking of switching to synthetic....

btw, for engine oil, which rating do you guys recommend? I'm in Phoenix, AZ, so I won't be seeing a lot of the cold weather(so cold start not a problem) but tons of >100°F temp. Now I'm using 20W50 normal oil.
