91 240 front door panel removal- need help removing 200 1991

I removed the 3 torqs screws that hold the arm rest to the driver's door. There is a vertical part to the arm rest, just forward of the switches for the electric windows. I can't figure out how to loosen the top of the vertical part of the arm rest (it actually serves as the door handle).


I know some of you have done this, please send advice.
