frozen ABS sensor

Hol Bricksters:
Upon redoing the brakes (cross-dressed rotors,new pads,SS brake lines,etc) I noticed a rounded off inner hex(Allen) for removing the ABS sensor for the front wheel of my 93 245. Should I use PBlaster, then vice grips to get it off? Is the bolt seperate from the sensor or an integral part? It's working OK right now...I will leave it alone for now, but what to do in the future when it goes out?
