Turbo to Non-Turbo Fuel Pump?? Is there a difference? 200

I have heard that Turbo fuel pumps (early '80s) run at a higher pressure than non-turbo pumps. Is that true? If it is, do I need to change anything? I am converting a '83 turbo to an '80 b21f non turbo.
