I recently bought a used 1994 940, i was told @ my last oil change that i should have my tires changed as well, was planning on it anyway. The mechanic told me that i was riding on 205/65 R15, which i was aware of, and that riding on them is probably giving me an inaccurate reading from my speedometer, 5-10 mph slower than i was actually driving. Is this possible, just curious? Does it matter if i put 195/65 R15, instead of the supposed correct 185/65 R15
In terms of draining, flushing my coolant and refilling, should i be using volvo oem chemicals? and im not sure where the drain plug is under the radiator? I looked today and found this small little screw cap on the passenger side end of the radiator, is that the drain plug? let me know thanks

ps. im looking for a good place to purchase a passenger side shock absorber for my front bumper, i bought the car with it pulled out, the previous owner must have backed up without checking her corners first.
