Problem started happening a few weeks ago and got worse and after checking the code it looked like the cause was the AMM. I changed the AMM and spark plugs and car was fine for a week. Yesterday, I drove it on the highway for one hour, parked it for 4 hours, and when I went to start it... it turned off immediately after starting and the check engine light goes on momentarily. I had to start it in Neutral, give it gas and then quickly go to reverse. Once in gear it tends to get back to normal.

It has not done it again but I also have only been driving it short distances 20 minutes tops in city driving.

I also have a hesitation problem sometimes when accelerating from a stop or when going slowly. There is an audible CLICK and the car hesitates instead of accelerating. This is quite dangerous and although it seems to happen more when the engine is cold, it has done it to me with a warm engine.
