key broke off in wagon gate lock - help 200 1985

Hi brickboard. The key broke off in the wagon gate. It looks as if I can get to and remove the lock. Can the lock be disassembled so that I can remove the portion of the key that is broken off in it or do I need to get another lock and key? Thanks in advance, George
