I recently had to replace the compensator unit on my temp guage. When I put the instrument cluster together and reinstalled the speedometer read around 20 mph any time the ignition is turned on. I have checked power and continuity of the wires to the spedo and can find nothing wrong. Is there a tamper protection? Please help
