Horn & Brake Light 900 1992

Need you help. Horn stopped working. I getting power at both horns and steering wheel contact but it continues not to work. Fuse is good. Does the horn have relay? I can not find in the car or manual. If it does where is it located? Also I was tinking with the fuse box in the car & now the brake failure light comes on. All I did was pull the fuse box out a few inches and put back in it's original location. How do I shut off the brake light? Thanks in advance.
