Spark plugs in B6304. Which ones and how often? 900

I think it is time to replace spark plugs in my '98 S90. It has 82KMiles and I am not sure if the plugs were replaced at all on this car. My Volvo booklet says to use Bosch FR7DC for normal driving or FR6DC for hard driving. I remember my old 744Ti used to run on NGK. Isn't it what Volvo puts in at the factory? What do you guys use? Any tips on replacing procedure? (It seems pretty straightford -- access from the top.) Thanks
