AW71 in a 264 with a bw 55???? 200

I am wondering if I can install and have the parts to... convert my '79 264 (with the v6) from the BW 55 trans, to an AW 71 trans from an '86 760 (with the 4 cylinder turbo engine both cars are complete I do realize I would need to swap the bell housings for one thing....anything else?
