Coolant leak - I found it 700

Hi,

I found our coolant leak and have uploaded a picture of it.

In the picture you can see a drip where the arrow is pointing.

I don't have much experience with this, but if the leak is there does this mean that the problem is a weak join and all that is needed is a replacement radiator hose?

Is it because there is pressure in the system that the coolant is being forced out through the small gap?

Any help is greatfully appreciated.
