Replacing front bumper cover 900 1997

I had a small fender-bender today and I need to replace my front bumper cover. I was wondering if anyone had experience with replacing this and any suggestions (also where to get a new one at a good price!). The Chilton's manual does not have any information on how to remove and install so I was hoping to find some help here.
