Rear pad uneven wear - Why? 200 1993

'93 245

Just replaced the rear pads. Noticed that both right rear pads had about 1/8" left. Inner left rear pad 1/16" left, Outer left rear, nothing left.

Should I bear concerned about the uneven wear? I could rationalize it by the left side having more load on it from a single person in car most of the time.
