Fuel System 200 1983

I have a 83 242 turbo, and when i push the clutch in on a warm engine the rpm's don't fall as quickly as they should. On a cold engine the car acts normal. If anyone has any thoughts or ideas i would appreciate a reply.

P.S. i already checked for a vacuum leak by spraying carb cleaner all on the vacuum lines.
