1996 960: Left dash Airconditioning Vent Blows Warm 900 1996

Hello,

Lately it seems the left vent (one of the two located in the middle of the dash) does not completely stop blwoing warm air even the Temp dial on the ECC is all the way down in the cold zone. All the vents on the dash do not exhibit this problem. Has anyone noted this on their Volvos (especially other 9XX)? Please advice if you know of such problems from your own experience. Thanks!
