I'm trying to track down my 83 turbos tendancy to die for no obvious reason. I have just put in a new (used) wiring harness, and a new fuel pump relay, and the problem still occurs. I have found no vacuum leaks. I have cleaned the fuse holders, and was surprised to find that car started and ran with the 5 and 7 fuses out. Is this normal? I thought these fuses related to the fuel pump and relays.
