Brake Rotor Replacement 700 1985

Following my yesterday's post I'll try to express my question better:

The question is: how to take out front brake rotors -
they are single rotor and hub, not ventillated, no index pin,
fixed with nut on axle. My main fear is to do something wrong
to bearings.
Any remarks, notes, hints will be appreciated.
