Maintenance for low mileage use 200 1982

For a car that runs up few miles, the 15000 mile maintenance intervals listed in the owner's manual can take years to reach. (It has a B21F 4 cylinder engine, no turbo.)

The car in question is used once every few weeks, 50-100 miles during the day of use, always enough driving to be completely warmed up, and mostly highway driving (i.e. not really severe use like a city taxi cab). The car is parked in a garage when not being used.

What kinds of things ought to be done within a time limit? I.e. should brake fluid be changed every few years? What about the timing belt?
