My AC just took a dump!! 700 1988

The air from my vents started to weaken and now there is no air comming out of them, heat or ac. could it be the blower moter. there is no unusual noise except when you shut off the ac there is a high pitch squeak for a short period of time but it doesnt sound like it is comming from the blower moter. Is there any way of testing the blower moter. Help it is hot!! 113 today!! my car is a 760tic
