CR 814 DIN cable needed

Don't ask; long story. Anyway, I have the head unit and the amp, but not the DIN cable connecting the two. Anybody got one left over from installing an aftermarket unit? It would also be nice to have the connectors to the wiring harnesses, but I can fake that if I have to. Other than the Volvo dealers, are there any aftermarket suppliers besides possibly Crutchfield's? What mfr actually made the CR 814?
