Emblem switching (Turbo wannabe) 700 1988

Hello-

I have a question. It's only six days until getting my license, and when I get it, I'll be driving around in an '88 740GLE. I got a set of Turbo wheels, and was thinking that I might want to switch the 740GLE emblem with a 740TURBO one. I was wondering if the emblem has an adhesive back, allowing me to remove it by just pulling some fishing line or dental floss behind it? Or are there posts going into the trunk lid's sheet-metal (get what I mean)? To me, it looks like it's just on there with adhesive, but I wanted to know for sure. Thanks for your help!
