164 Bosch Alt. Upgrade 140-160 1971

I am wanting to switch my stock alt.(rebuilt 4 years ago) with a Bosch built in regulator style. I will be putting in an electric fan and I run a nice stereo system. Does anyone know what the number is for the correct alt.
