intermittant party horn sound on long sweeping turns 200

Whenever I take my 93 245 out on a certain long sweeping turn at about 60 mph, I sometimes get a sound like one of those New Year's party horns that seems to be comming from under the dash in the area of the evaporator. After that turn, the sound goes away, but sometimes comes on again intermittantly. Any ideas?
