Injector Heads keep coming off and car won't run right. 700 1986

I have a 1986 740 GLE. The other day when I got in my car it was running really bad. So I got out and checked everything and when I pushed on the front injector head my car strated to idle faster and it was running the best that it ever has. Well about a week later my car starteds to run bad again. I could not get it to run any faster that 60 miles an hour. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing me this problem.
