Vibration/shudder when accelerating hard...??Any thoughts? 200

Hey all,
Something I have started to notice a little more recently is that if I accelerate really hard in first, I get quite a shudder from the rear end?back area? Can't be more specific sorry. Does anyone have any idea what this might be?

Muliple problems?

Plus the car does vibrate a bit when initial hook up occurs even under regular load.
