95 960- A/C Vents fail on Accelaration- Problem is half fixed - What Next?? Please Help 900

I plugged up the yellow hose as the FAQ suggests. That was great info.
Now everything works fine as long as I don't have the recirculation on.
If the recirc is on then the problem returns, no more air through the vents
when accelarating. This would be ok if I didn't live in Dallas, but...

Any suggestions??
