Head rebuild 200 1984

84 242 turbo. Adding about 2 quarts of oil between oil chnages. Have narrowed it down to the head. In the event of a rebuild, what would you have done to the head other than the obvious? Not intrested in trying to get 300 hp out of this engine just back to mayby a little stronger than factory.
