There has got to be a way to direct the oil into the pan when the filter is removed. I always end up with a little puddle next to it. It has so long since the dealer changed the oil that I cannot remember whether they had a splash guard they slipped in under the filter to direct the stream. Any thoughts on this? I am sure someone has a low-tech elegant solution to my problem.
