i got the 2-3-1 code from the OBD-1 black box after my check engine light came on. the fuel HAS been kinda going fast. is there a way to fix this myself?

it's a '92 960 Wagon w/ 194k and i had all the fuel stuff replaced recently. can i adjust it?
