volvo adaptors to do check fuel pressure 700

I was given part #s to use a gas pressure guage. They are as follows
9995011-5(guage), 9995116-2(hose), 99952657-7(nipple), 9995266-5(plug).
I just want to hook up to the fuel rail on my 1989 780 turbo. What is the plug for? and do I have to use their gauge. Am I missing a t connector? Thanks..Leo
