89 740 turbo Idling to low and dying 700 1989

My wife 80 740 turbo has around 131,000 miles on it. The timing belt was replaced about 15k ago. It had a full tuneup about 6k back.. Now the car Will just Die at time when stoping or sitting at a red light. Any Ideas??
