I just bought a 1988 760T at a distress sale. The owner was moving and had two days left to move/sell the car. The car had been parked for about a year since throwing connecting rod #3. The car is fully loaded, as all 760s are. It has the Garrett turbo, and someone has installed the IPD antisway bars. The engine is a K block B230FT which has the small (9mm) connecting rods. The connecting rods were increased to 13mm early in the 1989 model year. I paid $250 cash for the car and it cost me $30 to have it towed to my house. I haven't decided which of two engine possibilites to install in it, yet. Maybe I should keep this one, but what do I sell? I am just too good at buying these cars cheap!
