condenser fan installed. Check this out??

I installed using a relay, and triggeing from one side of the pressur switch. So now whenever the compressor comes on the fan comes on.

Heres what worries me just a bit: Charging voltage without the fan on is about 13.43 volts. When the fan comes on Charge voltage drops to about 13.20. And drops to about 13.05 with the headlights and fan on. Is this ok?
