Want to buy suspension upgrade today - what to buy? 200 1987

OK, all electrics are good on the 240, engine is running great and up to volvo spec (slow and dangerously underpowered). Now it is time for me to buy the suspension upgrades. I have already read on swedespeed's project 245 that their 25/22mm SwayBar, spring, bilstein touring, and strut bar combo install on their wagon yielded great results. I want to do the same for my car, except for the strut bar braces. But should I go with the 25/25mm SB setup? I read on the My three bricks site that the 25/25 setup provides oversteer (butt of car keeps moving out in the turn) whereas the 25/22 setup keeps everything understeered (front end keeps moving out in the turn). My mom will drive this car occasionally - rain or shine, she drives very slow and conservatively, whereas I take turns fast and love "swaying fast" through the on/off ramps and I want to get rid of the heaviness of this car in the turns. Which setup should I buy? Plus how long should swaybars, springs, and complete f/r bilstein TC take to install, I am mechanically inept and will have them installed at a shop. Thanks.

John
