Fuel pump disconnection? 200 1984

I went underneath my dash to lube my speedo cable, and now the car won't start. When I turn the car on, I can't hear the fuel pump working; is there something underneath the driver's side dash that connects to the fuel pump? I can't find a broken connection, but maybe someone here can help me.

In case it helps, here's what I did: I first disconnected the instrument panel, thinking I'd have to access the cable from there, but it turns out it's better to go from underneath. So I put the panel back, took off the cover, stuck my arm through a bunch of wires, and lubed the cable and reconnected it. After that, the car turns over quickly enough, but I don't think the pump is working. It started for a second, then stalled, and I haven't been able to get it started since. There was no sputtering or anything like that, which leads me to beleive that the pump itself is fine, there's just a bad connection somewhere. Something might've been jostled out of position there (it was a pretty big can of stuff), but I can't figure out what. Any ideas?

Thanks!
