740 won't idle after hot soak 700 1990

Only in the summer does the car show this trait,after the car sits from a run in 90+ heat it won't stay running below 1000 rpm.after the micro switch at the throttle and is working good,checked it both ways;first in function test#2 with the self test in socket #2 and lastly with an ohmeter for proper operarton.
Is there any thing else out there before I replace the idle speed motor?
